Son of the late Michael Dempsey of Blaydon on Tyne, Co. Durham, and husband of Muriel A Dempsey of Britannia House, Church Square, Cromer, Norfolk. Four year old child.
Notes : Served throughout the Second Boer War, South Africa, 1899-1902. Stationed in Boldon, Co. Durham, 1914-1916. He had only been in Egypt for three months before he died.
