Family Details:
Son of William and Sarah Waugh. William's eldest brother, John, was killed in Greenside Colliery on 27th November 1913, aged 36. After firing a shot of coal, he was killed in a roof fall.
Notes : William was educated at Greenside Council School. He represented the school by playing football for the team. He also played football for Greenside United Methodist Church.
